Ten Great Baroque Tunes for Three Saxophones

SKU: 8325098 Category:

This collection of baroque saxophone trios can be played with a variety of saxophone voices. It was conceived for two altos plus either a tenor or a baritone for the bottom voice, much like a typical baroque trio sonata. However, there is an optional tenor saxophone part that can be used to substitute for the second alto. In other words, the flexible instrumentation will cover these instrumental combinations: 2 altos, 1 tenor/2 altos, 1 bari/1 alto, 2 tenors/or alto, tenor, bari. The parts are written so that the ensemble has a beautiful sound no matter which instrumental combination is used. Price includes a spiral bound score and five instrumental parts.
